From 1st April 2025 the Government have increased the National Minimum Wage by 6.7% which of course will be passed on to our employees. Retaining staff and drivers are a priority to us.
Companies have also been challenged with a further increase of 1.2% National Insurance contribution per employee.
Over the last 24 months vehicle parts, replacement vehicles and garage labour charges have also increased along with associated insurance costs of vehicles and employer liabilities.
As a Company we understand that this a very difficult time for all business with these increased costs but as a SME, we unfortunately have no option but to pass some of these imposed increases to our clients to be able to continue to trade successfully.
