Our people are at the heart of everything we do. From our operations teams in Leeds and Sheffield to our drivers out on the road, the dedication and professionalism of every member of staff is what keeps our service running at the standard our customers expect.

That is why we are pleased to confirm that, in line with the Government’s National Living Wage increase taking effect from 1 April 2026, we are updating our pay rates to reflect the immense value we place on the people who represent our business every single day.
We want to be straightforward with our customers: as with many other courier and logistics businesses across the UK, this increase in the National Living Wage does result in a modest rise in our operating costs, a proportion of which will be reflected in our pricing from April 2026. We’re confident customers will find our rates remain highly competitive, and will always work with our customers to ensure they continue to receive exceptional value alongside the reliable, professional service they have come to expect from us.
As a family-owned, Yorkshire-based business that has operated for over 30 years, we have always believed that looking after our team is inseparable from looking after our customers. A motivated, fairly rewarded team delivers a better service, and that benefits everyone. By investing in our people, we are investing in the consistency, care, and expertise that our customers rely on.
