We know surcharges are never welcome news, and we don’t apply them lightly. Fuel costs have kept rising through the year, and this adjustment reflects the current market rather than a one-off spike.
As such, our fuel surcharge is increasing to 14%, effective from 4pm on 15 September 2026, due to continued increases in fuel prices across the UK.
We monitor fuel prices on an ongoing basis and will amend the surcharge in line with those changes going forward, so it continues to reflect what’s actually happening at the pump rather than staying fixed once the market moves again.
We work hard to absorb cost increases wherever we can, and we only pass on what’s genuinely necessary to keep your service running reliably.
